Product Overview
FS horizontal fiberglass centrifugal pump belongs to corrosion-resistant horizontal split type chemical water pump. The pump head is made of fiberglass (fiber-reinforced resin) material, connected to the drive motor by a coupling, and installed as a whole on a common base; Specially used to transport various corrosive chemical media, it has the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and not easy to rust. It is a commonly used anti-corrosion conveying equipment in the chemical, printing and dyeing, and electroplating industries.

Structural Composition
1. Fiberglass pump body
The pump casing and impeller are made of resin glass fiber integrated molding, with flange connections at the inlet and outlet. They are resistant to acid and alkali erosion, lightweight in texture, and less prone to metal corrosion.

2. Suspension bearing housing
Blue cast iron bearing bracket with built-in wear-resistant bearings to support the operation of the pump shaft. An oil filling plug is installed above for easy daily lubrication.

3. Flexible Coupling
Red elastic column pin coupling, buffering motor vibration, isolating vibration impact, easy disassembly and assembly, can isolate damage caused by coaxial deviation.

4. Drive motor
Standard three-phase asynchronous motor, equipped with a lifting ring at the top and a product nameplate on the body; Support the selection of ordinary and explosion-proof motors, suitable for flammable and explosive factory areas.

5. Public steel base
Integrated cast iron base, pump body and motor fixed to the base, factory coaxial calibration, easy installation and debugging, and lower overall vibration during operation.

6. Corrosion resistant mechanical seal
The shaft seal adopts a hard alloy mechanical seal suitable for fiberglass pumps, which can resist the leakage of crystallization, weak acid and weak alkali media.

Fiberglass material is resistant to various corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, alkaline solution, salt solution, printing and dyeing wastewater, and will not undergo electrochemical corrosion.

Compared to stainless steel and cast iron anti-corrosion pumps, fiberglass pump heads have lower self weight, making them easier to handle, disassemble, and modify pipelines.

The resin matrix is resistant to solvent erosion, and the impeller has excellent wear resistance, making it suitable for corrosive wastewater containing fine solid particles.

5. Low operating noise
Elastic coupling provides cushioning and shock absorption, ensuring smooth operation and minimal vibration amplitude.
