Product Overview
The D671X pneumatic clamp soft seal butterfly valve belongs to the centerline soft seal clamp butterfly valve, equipped with a gear rack pneumatic actuator on the top, and can be matched with accessories such as solenoid valves, limit switches, locators, etc. By relying on the gas source to drive the valve to rotate 90 degrees, the pipeline can be connected and disconnected, and the flow rate can be adjusted; The valve body adopts a clamp installation form, bidirectional soft seal, fast response speed, suitable for remote automation control, widely used in automation pipeline systems such as water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire protection, sewage treatment, chemical industry, etc.

Structural Composition
1. Valve body: Made of ductile iron QT450, coated with blue anti-corrosion coating, with a clamp type structure. The valve body has bolt through holes and is clamped between two pipe flanges during installation, with a lightweight structure.

2. Butterfly plate: Centerline butterfly plate, ductile iron plated with hard chrome, can be made of stainless steel material, and can rotate 90 ° to achieve full open and full close actions.

3. Valve seat sealing ring: EPDM rubber embedded valve seat, achieving bidirectional sealing; Can replace NBR oil resistant rubber and adapt to different media.

4. Valve stem: Stainless steel valve stem with anti slip structure, transmitting pneumatic actuator output torque, corrosion-resistant.

5. Pneumatic actuator: double acting/single acting (spring reset) gear rack pneumatic actuator, aluminum alloy cylinder body; Single acting model automatically resets (on/off) when gas is lost.

6. Supporting attachments
1)Electromagnetic valve: controls the direction of the gas source to achieve valve switching action, and can be selected as a two position five way valve;
2)Limit switch (feedback device): feedback valve fully open and fully closed position signals, transmit switch status to the control room;
3)Optional attachments: Air source triple piece, electrical locator (regulating flow).
