Product Overview
The D341X worm gear flange soft seal butterfly valve belongs to the centerline soft seal flange butterfly valve, which is driven by a worm gear worm reduction mechanism. The valve body comes with a flange interface, and the butterfly plate can rotate 90 ° through handwheel operation to complete pipeline medium cutting and flow regulation. The worm gear mechanism amplifies the output torque, making it easy to open and close large-diameter valves. It is equipped with an opening indicator and is suitable for on-site manual operation of industrial pipelines such as water supply and drainage, HVAC, fire protection, sewage treatment, and power.

Structural Composition
1. Valve body: Made of ductile iron QT450, coated with blue epoxy resin for anti-corrosion, with both ends of national standard flanges. The bolts are connected to the pipeline flange, with high overall rigidity and resistance to pipeline stress. It is easy to disassemble and repair.

2. Butterfly plate: Mid line butterfly plate, ductile iron plated with hard chromium, can be made of 304/316 stainless steel butterfly plate, no pin transmission structure, resistant to medium erosion.

3. Valve seat sealing ring: EPDM rubber embedded soft seal, achieving bidirectional sealing; Replaceable NBR oil resistant rubber, suitable for different media working conditions.

4. Valve stem: Stainless steel valve stem, equipped with anti slip limit structure, stable transmission torque, corrosion-resistant, and execution interface in accordance with ISO5211 standard.

5. Worm gear reducer: The worm gear pair reduces force and lowers the operating torque of the handwheel; The top of the box is equipped with an opening indicator panel, which intuitively displays the actual opening of the valve.

6. Handwheel: Cast iron handwheel, manually operated on site, can be equipped with a locking device to prevent unauthorized personnel from operating it.
