Product Overview
The D73H manual metal hard seal butterfly valve belongs to a three eccentric metal hard seal structure, with a handle directly driven and a clamp type installation. Relying on the 90 ° rotation of the butterfly plate to achieve pipeline medium cutting and throttling adjustment, it is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and wear. It is specifically designed for working conditions that soft sealed butterfly valves cannot handle, such as high-temperature steam, heat transfer oil, flue gas, and oil products. The structure is lightweight and easy to install.

Structural Composition
1. Valve body: WCB cast steel material, blue anti-corrosion paint, standard clamping structure, valve clamped between two pipe flanges, bolts directly installed through the valve body.

2. Butterfly plate: stainless steel substrate, hard alloy welded sealing surface, triple eccentric structure, frictionless sealing surface during opening and closing process, resistant to high temperature erosion.

3. Valve seat: Metal hard alloy overlay valve seat, bi-directional sealing, stable sealing performance under high temperature conditions.

4. Valve stem: 2Cr13 stainless steel valve stem with anti slip limit structure, resistant to high temperature deformation, and stable transmission torque.

5. Drive part: Direct handle manual operation, the handle can be positioned and locked, and the switch action can be completed manually without the need for additional power source.
