Product Overview
The D43H handle manual flange three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts flange connection and direct manual operation of the handle. Relying on the principle of three eccentric frictionless sealing, the metal hard seal structure is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, and can be used for high-temperature steam, flue gas, and medium pipelines containing trace particles. It has cutting and certain flow regulation functions, and the flange connection method is firmly installed, suitable for industrial pipelines with high vibration and harsh working conditions.

Structural Composition
1. Valve body: WCB cast steel material, integral flange structure, blue anti-corrosion coating, high precision and strong rigidity of flange connection surface

2. Butterfly plate: Three eccentric structure, sealing surface welded with hard alloy, resistant to erosion and wear

3. Valve seat: replaceable all metal hard sealing pair, supporting bi-directional pressure sealing

4. Valve stem: 2Cr13 stainless steel, high-strength, torsion resistant, and corrosion-resistant

5. Drive components: Direct handle manual transmission, easy to operate, can be equipped with a locking device to prevent the valve from rotating on its own

6. The bracket and fastener structure are stable, easy to disassemble and maintain in the later stage

Product Features
1. Three eccentric frictionless seal
During the opening and closing action, the sealing surfaces of the butterfly plate and valve seat do not slide or scrape, greatly reducing the wear of the sealing components, extending the service life of the valve, and effectively avoiding the faults of sealing surface jamming and biting under high temperature conditions.

2. Metal hard seal with high temperature resistance
All metal sealing pair, suitable for medium temperature up to 425 ℃, can transport high-temperature steam, thermal oil, high-temperature flue gas, as well as media with a small amount of dust and solid particles.

3. Bidirectional high-pressure seal
It can withstand bidirectional pressure difference in pipelines, with stable sealing performance and a leakage level of up to level VI.

4. Flange connection
The two end flanges are directly connected to the pipeline flange bolts, with high installation strength and better seismic performance than the clamp butterfly valve. It is suitable for high-pressure, frequent start stop, and pipeline vibration conditions.

5. Handle manual drive
No need for external power source, manual switch is available on site, easy to operate, low cost, suitable for pipelines that do not require automated remote control.

6. Excellent circulation performance
Small flow resistance and large flow rate, it can be used as a shut-off valve or achieve rough flow regulation.
