Product Overview
FBT35-11 fiberglass anti-corrosion and explosion-proof axial flow fan is a pipeline type axial flow ventilation equipment that integrates explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant functions. The cylinder is made of fiberglass material and equipped with explosion-proof motors, suitable for conveying air media containing corrosive gases, flammable and explosive vapors. It can be used for pipeline air supply, exhaust, and ventilation. The whole machine has dual protection against corrosion and explosion, and is widely used in corrosive, flammable, and explosive working conditions such as chemical, electroplating, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment, laboratory, and hazardous chemical warehouses.

Structural Composition
1. Wind duct shell: High quality FRP fiberglass integrated molding, white, acid and alkali resistant, lightweight, non-conductive insulation, overall cylindrical pipe structure, standard flanges at both ends for easy connection to ventilation ducts

2. Fan blade impeller: reinforced fiberglass material, red blades, wing shaped structure, high air volume, low noise, after dynamic balance correction

3. Air inlet protection net: Red metal safety net cover to prevent debris from being sucked into the interior of the fan and protect the impeller

4. Explosion proof motor: Explosion proof motor with high insulation level and good sealing performance, capable of safe operation in flammable and explosive environments

5. Signage components: The body is affixed with directional signs, explosion-proof warning labels, nameplate parameter labels
