Product Overview
This equipment is a sanitary grade shell and tube heat exchanger, belonging to the pressure vessel heat exchange equipment. The shell and tube plate are polished with all stainless steel, and a dual medium heat exchange structure between the tube bundle and the shell is used to achieve processes such as heating, cooling, condensation, evaporation, and waste heat recovery of the medium. The equipment adopts a detachable tube plate structure, which is convenient for internal tube bundle maintenance and cleaning. It is suitable for industries such as food, fine chemicals, and new energy, and supports customized non-standard pressure vessels to meet the requirements of high temperature, high pressure, and corrosion-resistant working conditions.

Structural Composition
1. Shell body: polished stainless steel cylinder body, equipped with shell side medium inlet and outlet, reserved exhaust and discharge ports, and an overall pressure bearing shell.

2. Heat exchange tube bundle: Multiple heat exchange tubes form a bundle, with the medium on the tube side flowing inside the tubes and the medium on the shell side flowing between the cylinder and the bundle, achieving heat exchange; Seamless stainless steel tubes can be used as heat exchange tubes.

3. Tube plate and detachable flange tube box: The large-diameter flange bolt connection tube box structure can be completely disassembled, making it convenient for core pulling and maintenance of tube bundles, mechanical cleaning of heat exchange tubes, and eliminating cleaning dead corners. The pipe box is equipped with inlet and outlet flanges for the pipe process.

4. Equipment support: Horizontal saddle support, divided into fixed support and sliding support, compensates for thermal expansion and contraction deformation, ensuring the stability of equipment operation.

5. Sealing components: metal wrapped gasket/PTFE gasket, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, reliable flange sealing.

6. Auxiliary interfaces: exhaust port, drain port, pressure gauge port, temperature instrument port, convenient for on-site instrument installation.

1. Overflow component cylinder, tube plate, heat exchange tube: SUS304/SUS316L; Optional 2205 duplex steel and titanium, suitable for strongly corrosive materials

2. External surface: mirror polishing treatment, hygiene grade version, internal surface Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m, meets GMP hygiene standards

3. Flange: National standard HG/T, customizable ANSI American standard flange

4. Gaskets: PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene, metal wound gasket, silicone gasket

5. Support: Carbon steel spray painted or stainless steel optional
