Product Overview
This equipment is a U-shaped detachable shell and tube heat exchanger, belonging to the pressure vessel heat exchange equipment. The heat exchange tube bundle adopts a U-shaped heat exchange tube structure, and one end of the tube plate is a detachable large flange structure. The tube bundle can be extracted as a whole. The equipment is mainly used for medium heating, cooling, condensation, evaporation, and waste heat recovery, suitable for high temperature and high pressure, large temperature difference, and easy scaling conditions. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, new energy, and petroleum, and supports customized non-standard pressure vessels.

Structural Composition
1. Shell body: Stainless steel cylinder body, equipped with shell side medium inlet and outlet, reserved for exhaust, sewage, and instrument interfaces, pressure bearing shell structure.

2. U-shaped heat exchange tube bundle: The heat exchange tubes are bent into a U-shape and all fixed on a single tube plate; The medium inside the tube flows back and forth, and the tube plate is only on one side, allowing for free thermal expansion and eliminating thermal stress, making it suitable for high temperature and large temperature difference conditions. The bundle can be removed as a whole for cleaning and maintenance.

3. Detachable tube box components: Large diameter flange bolt connected tube box, large diameter elbow type tube inlet and outlet, easy to disassemble and assemble, convenient for tube bundle core pulling operation.

4. Saddle support: Double support horizontal installation, including fixed support and sliding support, absorbs equipment thermal expansion displacement, and operates stably.

5. Sealing components: metal wrapped gaskets, PTFE gaskets, suitable for high temperature and high pressure sealing conditions.

6. Auxiliary interfaces: exhaust outlet, sewage outlet, pressure gauge, temperature sensor interface, convenient for on-site instrument matching.

1. Cylinder, tube plate, U-shaped heat exchange tube: SUS304/SUS316L; Optional 2205 duplex steel and titanium materials, suitable for strong corrosive media

2. Surface treatment: acid pickling and passivation, can be used for internal and external polishing under sanitary conditions, Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m, meets GMP requirements

3. Flange: National standard HG/T, customizable ANSI American standard flange

4. Sealing gasket: PTFE, metal wrapped gasket

5. Support: Stainless steel or carbon steel anti-corrosion spray coating
