Product Overview
This equipment is a sanitary grade double tube plate tube heat exchanger, belonging to the clean shell and tube heat exchange equipment. The whole machine adopts a fully mirror polished stainless steel structure and is equipped with a double tube plate structure to prevent cross contamination of the medium between the tube side and the shell side. Mainly used for material heating, cooling, condensation, sterilization and heat exchange, meeting hygiene production requirements, widely used in clean process conditions such as biotechnology, food and beverage, fine chemicals, etc., supporting non-standard customization.

Structural Composition
1. Cylinder shell: 304/316L stainless steel cylinder, with mirror polished inner and outer surfaces; The inlet and outlet of the shell side medium adopts a lateral flange interface, which has no sanitary dead corners and is easy to empty.

2. Double tube plate heat exchange component: equipped with independent inner and outer double tube plates at the front and rear. The two ends of the heat exchange tube are respectively expanded and welded between two tube sheets; The interlayer space can be leak monitored. Once the heat exchange tube leaks, the medium will leak out of the interlayer, completely avoiding the two media from mixing and contaminating the material. It is the core structure of the high-purity process.

3. Heat exchange tube bundle: Sanitary grade seamless stainless steel heat exchange tubes, polished inner walls, smooth flow channels that are not easy to hang materials, and convenient for CIP on-site cleaning.

4. Sanitary grade pipe box head: Smooth transition structure, no dead corners, supports on-site cleaning and sterilization, and all flanges use high flatness sanitary flanges.

5. Flange interface: All national standard HG/T flanges, optional American standard ANSI flanges; The layout of the pipe mouth meets the requirements of clean pipeline installation and facilitates the connection of process pipelines.

6. Leak detection chamber interface: The double tube plate interlayer is reserved with a leak detection port, which can monitor whether the tube bundle leaks in real time.

7. Sealing component: Food grade PTFE gasket, high temperature resistant, no precipitates, meets hygiene requirements.
