Product Overview
The BW series wide channel plate heat exchanger plates are produced by DINKONDA GLOBAL and are specifically developed for working conditions involving granular, fibrous, high viscosity, and easily scaling crystalline media. They are the core heat exchange elements of detachable plate heat exchangers. The plate adopts a special large corrugated structure, forming a wide and unobstructed flow channel between the plates, avoiding the defect of easy blockage of ordinary narrow zigzag flow channels. It can be directly assembled into the corresponding wide channel plate heat exchanger frame, matched with special rubber sealing gaskets, to achieve continuous and stable heat transfer under dirty medium conditions. It is widely used in industries such as sewage, papermaking, food, chemical, textile, etc.

Structural Composition
1. Plate body: High precision stamped metal plate, using large angle special corrugations, no metal contact points between plates, smooth flow channels without stagnant dead zones, reducing the risk of particle wall blockage.

2. Four corner medium flow hole: Large diameter fluid passage hole, suitable for the entry and exit of impurity containing media, with flow guide ripples in the hole area, evenly distributing the medium to the entire heat exchange channel.

3. Sealing groove: The plate is surrounded by a stamped sealing groove, which is used for clamping and installing sealing gaskets to achieve medium sealing isolation.

4. Positioning buckle: The upper and lower positioning hooks of the plate are hung on the upper and lower guide rods of the heat exchanger to ensure accurate assembly and alignment of the plate stacking.

5. Wide channel cavity: Two plates are stacked to form a wide medium channel with a large gap between the channels, allowing particles and fibers to pass through the channels smoothly without being easily clogged.

1. Excellent anti blocking performance: With a large gap and wide flow channel design, the flow channel has no dense contact points, and the medium carrying particles, fibers, and suspended solids can pass smoothly, greatly reducing blocking failures, extending cleaning cycles, and reducing downtime maintenance frequency.

2. Suitable for high viscosity media: With a special corrugated structure, effective turbulence can still be formed in high viscosity fluids, avoiding laminar flow and ensuring heat transfer efficiency. It is suitable for heat transfer of syrup, slurry, and viscous chemical materials.

3. Rich material selection and strong corrosion resistance
304 stainless steel: sewage, ordinary industrial circulating medium;
316L stainless steel: food and beverage, mild corrosive process medium;
TA1 titanium plate, 254SMO: seawater, strongly corrosive chemical medium.

4. Board thickness options: 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm; Thickened plates can be used to improve the service life for severe erosion and wear conditions.

5. The equipment is detachable for easy maintenance and cleaning: With the detachable plate replacement frame, the clamping bolts can be loosened to extract the plate, and mechanical and chemical cleaning can be carried out.

6. Pressure drop controllable: Compared with ordinary plates, the flow resistance is lower, meeting the heat transfer requirements of the system under pressure drop limited conditions.
