Product Overview
This sealing gasket is a domestically produced replacement part for Tranter G series detachable plate heat exchangers, which is molded from NBR nitrile rubber. The gasket fully replicates the original gasket's outline, corner hole size, sealing groove section, and positioning buckle structure, and can be directly assembled with Tranter G series corresponding plates without the need to modify the heat exchanger plates and the entire machine frame, achieving direct replacement of imported gaskets. It is mainly used to isolate hot and cold heat exchange media, prevent medium leakage and internal flow, solve the pain points of long supply cycle and high procurement cost of imported spare parts, and is widely used in oil cooling, hydraulic systems, industrial circulating oil, lubricating oil heat exchange and other working conditions.

Structural Composition

3. Positioning buckle point: The gasket edge comes with a positioning buckle point, which is inserted into the plate slot to prevent the gasket from shifting, curling, or falling off during assembly, making it convenient for on-site disassembly and assembly.

4. Bypass sealing rib: a special sealing rib around the corner hole to block the leakage of the medium bypass, ensuring that the medium flows through the plate heat exchange channel completely and guaranteeing heat exchange efficiency.
