Product Overview
This sealing gasket is molded and vulcanized with NBR nitrile rubber. The gasket is a complete replica of the original gasket's outer contour, corner hole size, sealing section, side positioning buckle, and bypass sealing rib structure. It can be directly assembled with the corresponding Sandax plate without any modification to the heat exchanger plate or clamping frame, achieving direct replacement of imported gaskets. Mainly used for sealing media between plates, preventing external leakage of media and internal flow channel leakage, solving the pain points of long delivery cycle and high procurement cost of imported spare parts. It is mostly used for oil-water heat exchange conditions such as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, oil cooling, industrial circulating water, etc.

Structural Composition
1. Main sealing frame: The rubber body sealing ring fully adheres to the sealing groove of the heat exchange plate, achieving the main seal between the plates and preventing the medium from leaking outward.

2. Corner hole sealing ring: The upper and lower medium flow through the corner hole sealing structure blocks the internal flow and short-circuit flow of the medium at the corner hole position, ensuring the distribution of the medium in the heat exchange channel.

3. Side positioning buckle: The gasket edge is distributed with positioning feet, which are inserted into the plate slot. During assembly, the position of the rubber gasket is fixed to prevent displacement, edge warping, and detachment, making it easy for on-site maintenance and disassembly.

4. Bypass sealing rib: Strengthen the sealing rib around the corner hole to isolate the leakage of the medium bypass, ensuring that all the medium flows through the plate heat exchange area and stabilizing the overall heat exchange efficiency of the machine.
