Product Overview
This sealing gasket is produced using compression molded vulcanized rubber technology, strictly benchmarking the original THERMOWAVE plate groove size, corner hole diameter, sealing contour, bypass rib structure, side positioning buckle, and sealing section, all of which are consistent with the original parts. The gasket is assembled in the sealing groove of the heat exchange plate to achieve medium sealing and isolation between the plates, prevent medium leakage and internal flow, and ensure the heat exchange efficiency of the plate heat exchanger. It is used for equipment spare parts replacement, project localization replacement, and widely applicable to heat exchange conditions such as HVAC, power, chemical, metallurgical, oil cooling, etc.

Structural Composition
1. Main sealing frame: The gasket body sealing ring is embedded in the plate sealing groove to form a main sealing barrier, preventing the medium from leaking outward.

2. Corner hole flow sealing ring: The upper and lower sets of medium corner hole sealing structures isolate the medium at the corner hole position, block the medium bypass, and ensure that all the medium enters the plate heat exchange channel.

3. Bypass partition reinforcement ribs: The diagonal rib structure in the corner hole area blocks the medium short-circuit channel, while improving the tear resistance strength of the corner hole position and enhancing the pressure stability.

4. Side positioning buckle: The gasket edge is evenly distributed with positioning claws, which are inserted into the slot of the heat exchange plate to fix the position of the gasket, avoiding the displacement and warping of the gasket caused by equipment vibration during operation, and facilitating on-site disassembly and maintenance.
