Stainless steel bellows compensator, also known as metal expansion joint, is mainly composed of stainless steel bellows body, flange, and limit rod assembly. It is a specialized compensation component for pipeline systems. Used to absorb thermal expansion and contraction displacement caused by temperature changes in pipelines, while compensating for installation deviations, reducing pipeline vibration, lowering pipeline stress, protecting pipelines, valves, and equipment from thermal expansion and contraction damage, widely used in various pipeline systems such as steam, hot water, flue gas, and chemical fluids.

Structural Composition
1. Bellows body: Multi layer thin-walled stainless steel stamping formed corrugations are the core elastic components, which rely on corrugation deformation to achieve axial compensation displacement;

2. Connection flange: Carbon steel/stainless steel flange, used for connecting with external pipeline bolts, facilitating pipeline installation;

3. Limit rod assembly: composed of a rod, nut, and lifting ear, it plays a role in limit protection, limits the maximum tensile and compressive capacity of the compensator, prevents damage to the corrugated pipe due to overtravel, and can withstand pipeline pressure thrust;

4. Welding location: The corrugated pipe is welded to the flange to ensure overall sealing and structural strength.
