Product Overview
This welded bellows compensator belongs to the direct welded metal expansion joint, with a welded connection structure at both ends, without the need for flanges, and can be directly welded to the pipeline. Mainly used to absorb axial thermal expansion displacement generated by pipeline operation, compensate for installation errors, reduce pipeline vibration, release pipeline thermal stress, protect pipelines and supporting equipment, widely used in large-diameter pipeline systems such as power plant flue gas and air pipelines, thermal pipeline networks, dust removal, chemical flue gas, etc.

Structural Composition
1. Bellows body: Made of stainless steel multi-layer corrugated forming, it is a core elastic component that relies on corrugated deformation to achieve displacement compensation, temperature resistance, and fatigue resistance;

2. Welding connection: Carbon steel/stainless steel connection, directly welded to the pipeline, with strong overall rigidity, suitable for large-diameter working conditions;

3. Limit rod assembly: The rod, nut, and supporting lifting ear form a safety limit mechanism, which limits the maximum tension and compression stroke of the compensator, bears the pressure and thrust of the pipeline, and prevents damage to the corrugated pipe due to overtravel;

4. Welding joint: The corrugated pipe and the connecting pipe are welded with circumferential seams to ensure overall sealing and structural strength;

5. Optional inner lining tube: For high temperature and dusty flue gas conditions, a guide inner lining tube can be configured to reduce the erosion of the medium on the corrugated pipe.
