Product Overview
Sleeve compensator, also known as pipe expansion joint, is a specialized compensation component for buried/overhead thermal pipelines. It consists of inner and outer sleeves, sealing fillers, and pressure flange bolt components. It relies on the relative sliding between the inner and outer sleeves to absorb the axial thermal elongation displacement of the pipeline. This product has a large diameter, high pressure bearing capacity, and large compensation capacity, and is widely used in urban thermal pipelines and industrial steam high-temperature hot water pipelines. It can be used for overhead laying and can also be adapted to buried underground working conditions.

Structural Composition
1. Inner sleeve (core tube): Stainless steel wear-resistant core tube, precision machined sliding contact surface, reduces friction resistance, resists medium erosion, with medium flow direction identification arrow.

2. Outer cylinder: Carbon steel cylinder, overall sandblasted anti-corrosion, blue heavy-duty anti-corrosion paint, pressure bearing shell, capable of withstanding pipeline medium pressure.

3. Compression flange and fastening bolt assembly: Multiple sets of high-strength bolts, compressed packing seal, can be re tightened on site to maintain sealing performance.

4. Flexible sealing packing: resistant to high tenderness graphite composite packing, excellent sealing performance, high temperature and high pressure resistance, can be refilled without stopping the machine.

5. Limit and anti slip structure: The limit block prevents the inner and outer sleeves from slipping beyond the travel limit, ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline.

3. The sealing packing can be maintained online. When there is a slight leakage, the sealing can be restored by directly tightening the flange bolt. Some models support packing filling without stopping the machine for disassembly.

4. It can be used for overhead pipelines and is also suitable for direct burial. The external anti-corrosion coating is resistant to soil corrosion.

5. The structure is simple and reliable, with a large flow cross-section, low medium flow resistance, and no generation of medium eddy currents.
