Product Overview
The rotary compensator belongs to the non thrust rotary compensation device, which relies on the relative rotation of the inner and outer sleeves to absorb the thermal displacement of the pipeline. It is mainly used in long-distance steam pipelines and high-temperature hot water pipelines. It can absorb the axial and angular thermal expansion displacement of the pipeline, eliminate the blind plate thrust generated by the internal pressure of the pipeline, reduce the load on the pipe frame, and is particularly suitable for long-distance overhead and buried thermal pipelines. It replaces traditional corrugated compensators and solves the pain points of excessive thrust and fatigue damage of corrugated pipes in large pipelines.

Structural Composition
1. Inner and outer sleeve components: Inner sleeve stainless steel wear-resistant sealing surface, outer sleeve carbon steel body, blue anti-corrosion coating, the two can rotate relative to each other to achieve displacement compensation.
Sealed packing chamber: The packing sealing structure adopts highly gentle resistant packing, which has good sealing performance and can be filled online for easy maintenance and repair.

2. Spring preloading pressure plate mechanism: composed of multiple sets of springs, pressure plates, and high-strength bolts, continuously compresses the sealing packing, compensates for packing wear, and ensures long-term medium leakage.

3. Connection port: welded interface, directly connected to the pipeline by butt welding; Multiple specifications of DN200-DN2000 can be customized according to the pipe diameter.

4. Safety identification nameplate: marked with specifications and models, medium temperature and pressure, installation and operation warning labels.
