Product Overview
Circular high-temperature non-metallic compensators are mainly used for circular flues and hot air ducts, relying on flexible composite skins to absorb axial, transverse, and angular thermal displacement generated by pipeline operation. They also have vibration reduction, noise reduction, temperature and corrosion resistance capabilities, and are widely used in power plant boilers, desulfurization and denitrification, metallurgical kilns, dust removal and exhaust systems. The product adopts a circular flange structure, a built-in guide tube, a high-temperature silicone rubber composite skin, and is equipped with a limit rod, which is suitable for high-temperature flue gas, hot air and other medium working conditions, solving the problems of large blind plate thrust and poor acid and alkali resistant flue gas corrosion of metal expansion joints.

Structural Composition
1. High temperature composite skin: multi-layer glass fiber fabric composite silicone rubber high-temperature material, as the core flexible compensation component, high temperature resistance, good sealing and anti-aging performance.

2. Internal guide tube: Grey steel guide structure, preventing high-temperature media from directly scouring the skin, buffering airflow, protecting flexible skin, and reducing media wear.

3. Carbon steel flange: Red anti-corrosion painted circular flange, evenly distributed bolt holes on the flange, and installed in conjunction with pipeline flange bolts.

4. Metal pressure plate and rivets: evenly press the skin along the circumference to ensure a secure seal between the skin and flange connection, preventing medium leakage.

5. Limit rod assembly: composed of screws, nuts, and supports, it limits the maximum stretching and compression stroke of the compensator, protects the skin from excessive pulling, and does not bear the pressure and thrust of the pipeline.

6. Thermal insulation layer: The skin interlayer is filled with high-temperature resistant insulation material to reduce heat loss and lower the temperature of the equipment's outer wall.
