Product Overview
This circular non-metallic compensator is mainly used in ventilation duct systems such as hot air, flue gas, and dust removal. It adopts a combination structure of high-temperature resistant non-metallic skin and steel flange frame, which can absorb the axial, transverse, and angular displacement generated by the pipeline, effectively eliminate pipeline stress caused by thermal deformation and equipment vibration, reduce pipeline operating noise, compensate for installation deviations, and is an important flexible compensation component for thermal, dust removal, and ventilation pipelines.

Structural Composition
1. Non metallic skin: red silicone rubber composite high temperature resistant fabric is used, which has high temperature resistance, aging resistance and corrosion resistance. As the flexible compensation core, it can realize multi-directional displacement compensation.

2. Steel flange: Carbon steel blackened flange, with evenly spaced bolt holes on the flange surface for easy connection and installation with pipeline flanges, with strong overall rigidity.

3. Limit rod assembly: equipped with metal limit rods, lifting ears, and locking components to limit excessive stretching of the compensator, prevent damage to the skin due to excessive displacement, and withstand partial pressure and thrust of the pipeline.

4. Internal guide tube: Equipped with a metal guide tube, it reduces direct erosion of the skin by the medium, lowers wind resistance, protects the skin from medium wear, and improves medium circulation efficiency.

5. Sealing fasteners: pressure plate, bolt assembly, press and fix the skin to ensure overall sealing performance and prevent medium leakage.
