Product Overview
This circular non-metallic compensator is mainly used for flue, hot air, and dust removal ventilation duct systems. It adopts a combination structure of mesh composite non-metallic skin and carbon steel flange frame. It relies on the flexible deformation of the skin to absorb the axial, transverse, and angular displacement generated by the operation of the duct, release the thermal expansion stress of the duct, buffer equipment vibration, compensate for installation and manufacturing deviations, and reduce pipeline system noise. It is a commonly used flexible compensation component for fans, boilers, and dust removal and desulfurization pipelines.

Structural Composition
1. Non metallic skin: Mesh composite high-temperature resistant fabric skin, with the characteristics of high temperature resistance, smoke aging resistance, and good flexibility, achieving multi-directional displacement compensation, and withstanding smoke and hot air medium erosion.

2. Carbon steel flange: Q235 carbon steel circular flange, coated with anti-corrosion paint as a whole, with evenly distributed bolt holes for easy connection with pipeline flanges, and good structural rigidity.

3. Limit pull rod component: equipped with metal pull rods, lifting ear locking nuts, to limit excessive stretching and deformation of the compensator, protect the skin from being damaged by pulling, and can withstand partial pressure and thrust.

4. Internal guide tube: Equipped with a metal guide tube, it isolates the medium from directly flushing the skin, reduces wind resistance, protects the skin, and extends the product's service life.

5. Pressure plate fastening components: pressure plate, bolt fasteners, tighten and fix the skin, ensure the sealing of the connection between the flange and the skin, and prevent medium leakage.
