Product Overview
This circular multi-layer non-metallic flexible compensator is a specialized compensation component for flue, hot air, and dust removal systems. It adopts a multi-layer red silicone rubber composite skin, multiple sets of pressure plate frames, carbon steel flanges, and limit rod combination structure. By relying on multi-layer flexible skin to absorb axial, lateral, and angular displacement of pipelines, release stress generated by thermal expansion of pipelines, buffer fan and equipment vibration, compensate for pipeline installation deviations, reduce pipeline operating noise, and further improve high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance, multi-layer skin structure is widely used in flue gas duct pipelines with large thermal deformation and high temperature.

Structural Composition
1. Multilayer composite non-metallic skin: Multilayer red high temperature resistant silicone rubber fabric composite skin is the core component of compensation. Multilayer composite structure improves the performance of temperature resistance, fatigue resistance and aging resistance, realizes multi-directional displacement compensation, and resists the erosion of high-temperature smoke and hot air media.

2. Carbon steel circular flange: Q235 carbon steel flange, with evenly spaced bolt holes around the flange circumference for easy connection with pipeline flanges. The overall rigidity of the flange is strong, ensuring connection strength.

3. Layered pressure plate component: Multiple sets of annular pressure plates and bolt fasteners are used to press and fix each layer of skin layer by layer, ensuring that the joint position of each layer is sealed and preventing medium leakage.

4. Limit rod assembly: equipped with metal rods, lifting ears, and locking nuts to limit the maximum stretching amount of the compensator, prevent damage to the skin due to excessive stretching, and withstand the pressure and thrust of the pipeline.

5. Internal guide tube: Equipped with a metal guide tube, it isolates high-temperature media from directly flushing the skin, reduces wind resistance, protects the skin, and extends the product's service life.
