Product Overview
This rectangular non-metallic flexible compensator is a specialized compensation component for square flue and hot air ducts. It is composed of a red silicone rubber composite skin, rectangular carbon steel flange, limit rod, and internal guide tube. By relying on the flexible deformation of non-metallic fabric skin, it absorbs the axial, lateral, and angular displacement generated during pipeline operation, releases pipeline thermal expansion stress, buffers fan and equipment vibration, compensates for pipeline installation deviation, effectively prevents smoke and hot air medium leakage, and is widely used in square duct flue systems in power plant desulfurization, boiler, metallurgy, cement and other industries.

Structural Composition
1. Non metal composite skin: red silicone rubber high temperature resistant fabric skin is the core flexible part of the compensator, which has high temperature resistance, aging resistance, deformation resistance, and can realize multi-directional displacement compensation; Under corrosive conditions, fluororubber and polytetrafluoroethylene composite skins can be replaced.

2. Rectangular carbon steel flange: Q235 carbon steel welded rectangular flange, with evenly spaced bolt holes around the flange for easy connection with square pipes. The overall rigidity of the flange is strong, ensuring connection strength.

3. Limit rod assembly: Multiple sets of metal rods, supports, and locking nuts are used to limit the maximum stretching stroke of the compensator, prevent excessive pulling and damage to the skin, and withstand the pressure and thrust of the medium in the pipeline.

4. Internal guide tube: A metal guide tube that blocks direct erosion of the skin by high-temperature media, reduces wind resistance, protects the skin from media erosion and wear, and extends the product's service life.

5. Pressure plate sealing fasteners: annular pressure plate, bolt edge pressing structure, press and fix the two ends of the skin tightly to ensure a tight seal between the skin and flange joint surface, avoiding leakage of smoke and hot air.
