Product Overview
This square non-metallic flexible compensator is a specialized compensation component for square flue and hot air duct systems. The exterior is made of red silicone rubber composite skin, equipped with metal flanges and limit rod components, and lined with a guide tube inside. By relying on the flexible deformation of non-metallic fabric skin, it absorbs the axial, transverse, and angular thermal displacement generated by pipeline operation, releases pipeline thermal expansion stress, buffers fan and equipment vibration, compensates for pipeline installation deviation, and prevents leakage of flue gas, hot air, and dust media. It is widely used in square air ducts and flues in power plant desulfurization, boilers, cement, metallurgy, chemical and other industries.

Structural Composition
1. Non metal composite skin: the outer layer of red silicone rubber high temperature resistant fabric skin is the core flexible compensation component of this product, which has high temperature resistance, aging resistance, and repeated bending deformation resistance; When dealing with acidic and alkaline corrosive exhaust gas conditions, fluororubber and polytetrafluoroethylene composite skins can be replaced.

2. Square metal flange: Carbon steel square flange, with evenly distributed bolt holes on the flange surface, high flatness of the flange, easy to connect and assemble with square pipelines on site.

3. Limit rod assembly: Multiple sets of metal screws, supports, and locking nuts limit the maximum stretching stroke of the compensator, avoiding excessive pulling and tearing of the skin, while bearing some medium pressure thrust, protecting the safe operation of the compensator.

4. Internal guide tube: A metal lined guide tube that prevents high-temperature media from directly flushing the inner wall of the skin, reduces fluid wear, decreases wind resistance, and extends the service life of the skin.

5. Pressure plate fasteners: The combination of pressure strips and bolts compresses the upper and lower ends of the skin to ensure a tight seal between the skin and flange interface, preventing medium leakage.
