Product Overview
IDCB-4E/DR/Y temperature signal converter is a rail mounted multi-channel temperature acquisition and conversion instrument, specifically designed for temperature sensor signal acquisition in industrial fields such as thermocouples and thermal resistors. It collects and processes multi-channel temperature analog signals, converts them into standard digital signals or analog output signals, and realizes temperature monitoring and remote transmission. It is widely used in industrial temperature measurement systems such as power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, HVAC, etc. The device adopts a modular structure, with a LCD display panel paired with button operation, centralized layout of wiring terminals, and convenient installation and debugging.

Structural Composition
1. Shell substrate: standard rail type plastic shell, compatible with DIN rail buckle installation, suitable for assembly inside control cabinets;

2. LCD display screen: LCD window, used to display real-time temperature measurement values, channel status, and fault alarm information of various channels;

3. Operation buttons: S, up arrow, down arrow, *, R, a total of 5 function buttons, used for parameter setting, channel switching, zero calibration, and address setting;

4. Signal terminal block: Two rows of green plug-in wiring terminals, with the upper row for power supply and communication terminals, and the lower row for multiple input terminals, used to connect temperature sensors; The panel comes with a wiring definition table, clearly indicating the functions of each pin;

5. Core motherboard: Built in signal conditioning chip, A/D analog-to-digital conversion module, communication unit, completes temperature signal acquisition and calculation.
