Product Overview
This two-stage direct connection cycloidal reducer is a motor direct connection integrated cycloidal pinwheel reduction device, equipped with an explosion-proof drive motor. Relying on the two-stage cycloidal pinwheel planetary meshing transmission structure, it can achieve a maximum reduction ratio output. The whole machine is directly assembled with an explosion-proof motor and a reducer body, eliminating the intermediate coupling. It has a compact structure, strong impact resistance, and overload capacity, and is specifically suitable for high-risk working conditions with flammable and explosive gases. It is widely used in heavy-duty low-speed drive applications in the chemical, coal mining, oil and gas, and powder industries.

Structural Composition
1. The whole machine is mainly composed of explosion-proof motor, first stage cycloidal transmission unit, second stage cycloidal transmission unit, output mechanism, cast iron base, lifting ring, and lubrication components.

2. Explosion proof drive motor: directly connected input, with Ex explosion-proof mark, meeting explosion-proof safety standards, as the power input end of the whole machine;

3. Double stage cycloidal transmission component: The two-stage cycloidal gear needle gear pair is connected in series to achieve high speed ratio, speed reduction and torque increase, multi tooth synchronous meshing, and significantly improved load-bearing capacity;
