Product Overview
All welded plate heat exchanger, with all plate groups formed by laser welding, eliminating rubber sealing gaskets, and equipped with a detachable steel compression frame externally. The advantages of efficient heat transfer of plate heat exchangers and the resistance to harsh working conditions of shell and tube heat exchangers can be applied to high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, flammable and explosive medium working conditions, without the hidden danger of gasket aging and leakage. The whole machine has a blue anti-corrosion spray coating frame and flange connection, mainly used in heat exchange applications such as petrochemical, coal chemical, power, and high-temperature thermal oil processes.

Structural Composition
1. Fully welded plate core body
Multiple corrugated plates are laser welded to form a complete core flow channel, and all cold and hot medium flow channels are welded and sealed without rubber gaskets in contact with the medium; The plate material can be selected from 304, 316L, titanium TA1, and Hastelloy, suitable for various corrosive media. The corrugated structure enhances fluid turbulence and ensures high heat transfer efficiency.

2. Outer frame assembly
The blue anti-corrosion paint fixed clamping plate, movable clamping plate, upper and lower guide beams, and high-strength clamping bolts only serve to clamp and protect the core body, and do not undertake the function of medium sealing.

3. Flange connection component
The matching flange connection pipe mouth is connected to the welding core to withstand system pressure and facilitate docking with process pipelines.

4. Steel support base legs
The overall welded leg structure bears the weight of the entire machine, absorbs equipment operating vibrations, and facilitates the installation of on-site anchor bolts.

1. Gasket free fully welded seal
Both hot and cold channels are laser welded, completely eliminating rubber gaskets. They can be used for high temperature, high pressure, organic solvents, and strong corrosive media, completely eliminating the risk of gasket swelling, aging, failure, and leakage.

2. High heat transfer efficiency and compact structure
The herringbone ripple on the plate promotes the formation of strong turbulence in the fluid, with a much higher heat transfer coefficient than traditional shell and tube heat exchangers. The equipment with the same heat transfer load has a smaller volume, saving space on site.

3. The outer frame is detachable
The external frame can be disassembled for easy inspection of the outer wall of the welded core; The core itself cannot be disassembled. Compared to shell and tube heat exchangers, shell and tube heat exchangers are lighter in weight.
