Product Overview
The square flange corrugated compensator is a square flange interface metal expansion joint, consisting of a stainless steel corrugated pipe, a square flange, a limit rod, and a transport fixing yellow belt. Specially adapted for square flue ducts, rectangular air ducts, and hot air ducts, it is used to absorb axial, small radial, and angular displacements generated by pipeline operation, eliminate pipeline stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and also has shock absorption and noise reduction functions. It is widely used in non-circular pipeline systems such as power plant flue ducts, dust removal, hot air, and metallurgical ventilation.

Structural Composition
1. Stainless steel corrugated pipe: Made of 304/316L austenitic stainless steel material, with multiple layers of corrugated forming, it is the core component for compensating displacement, resistant to high temperature and fatigue, and capable of withstanding repeated expansion and contraction deformation.

2. Square flange: Carbon steel square flange, evenly distributed bolt holes on the flange surface, suitable for rectangular square tube and square flue docking, welded/bolted installation, with strong overall rigidity.

3. Limit rod assembly: composed of multiple sets of adjustment rods and nuts, it limits the maximum stretching and compression stroke of the corrugated pipe to prevent excessive deformation and damage of the corrugated pipe; At the same time, it can withstand pipeline pressure and thrust, ensuring the safe operation of the system.

4. Transport fixed steel strip (yellow strap): Pre installed at the factory, only used for transportation and lifting protection to avoid deformation of the corrugated pipe caused by transportation bumps. After the pipeline is installed in place, the yellow fixed strap must be removed and cannot be put into operation with the strap.

5. Sealing gasket: A high-temperature resistant sealing gasket is installed on the inside of the flange to ensure that the flange connection is sealed without air leakage.

1. Square flange compatible with rectangular pipelines: Unlike circular compensators, square flanges directly match square flue and rectangular air ducts without the need for variable diameter transitions, reducing air leakage points and making installation convenient.

2. Multi directional displacement compensation: mainly compensates for axial displacement, and is compatible with a small amount of radial and angular offsets, adapting to misalignment caused by pipeline thermal deformation and foundation settlement.

3. Limit safety protection: Standard limit pull rod is equipped to limit the working stroke of the corrugated pipe, preventing excessive stretching and tearing of the corrugated pipe caused by system pressure impact, and improving equipment safety redundancy.

4. Excellent high temperature resistance: Stainless steel corrugated pipes can withstand high temperature flue gas and hot air media, suitable for high-temperature working conditions of boilers, dust removal and exhaust.

5. Shock absorption and noise reduction: It can absorb vibrations from fans and pipelines, block vibration transmission, and reduce system vibration and noise.

6. High fatigue life: The corrugated pipe adopts hydraulic forming technology, with smooth and uniform ripples and long cyclic expansion fatigue life.

7. Easy disassembly and maintenance: square flange bolt connection, easy to replace during later maintenance.
