Product Overview
NF type non-contact backstop belongs to the high-speed non-contact wedge block backstop device, mainly matched with the high-speed shaft end of the reducer, used for equipment such as bucket elevators, large angle belt conveyors, scraper conveyors, etc. When the equipment reaches a certain speed of forward operation, the internal wedge block automatically disengages from contact, achieving wear free idling; Once the equipment shows a tendency to stop and reverse, the wedge block quickly engages and locks to prevent the transmission shaft from rotating in the opposite direction, preventing material backflow and equipment reversal accidents. It is widely used in mining, coal, thermal power generation, building materials and cement, ports and other industrial and mining scenarios.

Structural Composition
1. Shell components: High strength cast iron shell, with strong overall rigidity, enclosed cavity structure, protects internal components, and blocks dust and impurities from entering.

2. Stop torque arm: an integrated stop arm with a stop pin shaft, capable of withstanding all reverse reverse stop torque. During installation, a limit constraint is applied to restrict the shell from rotating.

3. Inner ring: an inner ring with keyway, installed on the high-speed shaft of the reducer, and rotates synchronously with the drive shaft.

4. Wedge and centrifugal disengagement mechanism: the core working component that relies on centrifugal force to achieve high-speed disengagement between the wedge and the outer ring, with no contact or wear during operation; When reversing, the wedge block tightens to achieve brake locking.

5. End cap component: Sealed end cap, protecting internal wedges and spring components, providing dust protection.
Bearing and spring components: support rotating parts, spring controls wedge reset, ensuring quick engagement during reverse rotation.
