Product Overview
This semi welded plate heat exchanger is a composite heat exchange equipment that combines the dual advantages of easy maintenance of detachable plate heat exchangers and resistance to special media of fully welded plate heat exchangers. Two pairs of plates are paired using laser welding to form a closed welding channel, and the welding side medium does not come into contact with the rubber sealing gasket at all; The other side of the flow channel is sealed with rubber gaskets, and the overall structure is a frame that can be opened.
The main frame of the equipment is treated with blue anti-corrosion spray coating, and the flange interface is a high-pressure flange structure, with strong rigidity of the whole machine. Specially designed for working conditions where the medium on one side is refrigerant, solvent, toxic, flammable, explosive, and highly corrosive, and cannot come into contact with rubber gaskets; The medium on the gasket side is mostly ordinary media such as cooling water and hot water. The gasket side can be disassembled and repaired, and the sealing components can be replaced. It is widely used in industries such as refrigeration, chemical, petroleum, and salt chemical.

Structural Composition

1.Laser semi welded plate assembly
Continuous laser welding is used around two plates to form a closed plate box flow channel, with no rubber gasket contact on the welding side. The material of the plate can be selected from SUS304, SUS316L, titanium TA1, and Hastelloy C-276, depending on the corrosion level of the medium; The corrugated structure enhances fluid turbulence and ensures heat transfer efficiency.

2. Detachable gasket sealing side
Non welded flow channels rely on rubber gaskets to achieve medium sealing and isolation; The gasket can be made of EPDM, NBR nitrile rubber, or FKM fluororubber. The gasket can be disassembled and replaced separately, and the side frame can be opened for flushing and inspection of the outer side of the plate.

3. Tighten the frame assembly
Includes fixed clamping plate, movable clamping plate, upper guide beam, lower guide beam, high-strength clamping bolt, and overall blue anti-corrosion paint; The fixed compression plate is equipped with a high-pressure flange interface to withstand system pressure and ensure uniform compression and sealing of the plate group.

4. Support Base
Steel overall floor standing base, stable equipment installation, able to absorb operational vibrations, convenient for on-site foot fixation and installation.
