Product Overview
This vertical fully welded plate heat exchanger is manufactured by DINKONDA GLOBAL, and the heat exchange plates are laser welded as a whole without a rubber gasket structure. Equipment configuration includes top flange interface, middle side large-diameter flange, and bottom flange interface; Blue compression frame, multiple sets of red horizontal compression rods, external bolt components on both sides, and vertical steel support legs.
The product combines the dual advantages of high heat transfer efficiency of plate heat exchangers and temperature and pressure resistance of shell and tube heat exchangers, completely eliminating the risks of gasket aging, swelling and leakage. It is specifically designed for heat exchange in high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion, flammable and explosive media, and is widely used in process systems such as chemical, coal chemical, petroleum, power, and industrial waste heat recovery.

Structural Composition
1. Laser welding heat exchange core
The corrugated plate group adopts continuous laser welding, and all cold and hot medium flow channels are welded and sealed without using rubber sealing gaskets. The plate material can be selected from SUS304, SUS316L, titanium TA1, and Hastelloy C-276; Ripple channels enhance fluid turbulence and improve heat transfer coefficient; The welded core is an integral component and cannot be disassembled.

2. Stainless steel collector head and multi-directional flange interface
Stainless steel collector bodies are arranged at the upper and lower ends and laterally, with top flange ports, middle lateral main process flange ports, and bottom flange ports respectively; Adopting national standard flange standards, supporting multiple pipeline layouts, uniform distribution of media, low flow resistance, and suitable for vertical installation process pipelines.

3. Tighten the frame and pull rod bolt assembly
The blue sprayed compression plate frame is equipped with multiple red horizontal compression rods, and external locking bolts are arranged on both sides of the equipment. The frame and tie rod only serve to clamp and protect the welding core, and all sealing is achieved through plate laser welding; The external framework components are detachable, making it easy to visually inspect the outer wall of the welded core.

4. Vertical steel support legs
Four independent blue steel vertical support legs, with strong overall rigidity, can withstand the load of the whole machine. The bottom plate of the support legs is reserved with anchor bolt installation holes, which can be directly fixed on the ground to reduce equipment operation vibration and meet the vertical installation requirements of industrial equipment on site.

Continuous laser welding process has small deformation of the weld seam, high welding strength, and can withstand temperature fluctuations and system pressure fluctuations.

The external blue frame and pull rod bolt components are detachable, making it easy to inspect the outer surface of the core body; The internal welding core cannot be disassembled, and blockage is cleaned by chemical cycling.
