Product Overview
This VT10 plate is a domestically produced replacement plate for GEA-Kelvion VT10 plate heat exchanger. The 1:1 replica of the original factory plate dimensions, herringbone ripple angle, channel depth, four corner openings, sealing grooves, and hanging positioning structure can directly replace imported original plates without the need to modify the heat exchanger frame or clamping components. The original factory sealing gasket can be directly used together. Addressing the pain points of long supply cycles and high prices for imported spare parts, it is suitable for small and medium-sized heat exchange units and widely used in HVAC, light industry, power auxiliary equipment, chemical process cooling, and other working conditions.

Structural Composition
1. Plate body: High precision stamped metal sheet, with a herringbone heat transfer corrugated area as the main body. The corrugated angle and channel depth are completely consistent with the original GEA-Kelvion VT10 plate, ensuring that the heat transfer coefficient, medium pressure drop, and performance of the original parts are equivalent.

2. Four corner medium flow holes: fluid flow holes in four directions, with hole diameter, hole spacing, and guide ripples completely aligned with the original factory. The distribution of cold and hot media is uniform, eliminating flow dead zones.
Sealing groove: The outer periphery of the plate is stamped with a sealing groove, which is directly compatible with GEA-Kelvion VT10 original rubber sealing gasket.

3. Positioning buckle: The upper and lower ends of the plate are positioned with buckles, which are compatible with the guide rod of the heat exchanger, and the stacking and assembly of the plate are accurately aligned.

4. Import and export diversion area: The surrounding diversion ripple structure of the hole optimizes fluid distribution and reduces the risk of scaling and sedimentation.
