Product Overview
The integral vulcanization non-metallic compensator adopts the integral hot vulcanization molding process, which integrates multiple layers of temperature resistant and anti-corrosion fabric skin into a whole through vulcanization and bonding. It has a square flange structure and is mainly used in power plants, boilers, desulfurization and denitrification, dust removal, and hot air flue systems. Used to absorb thermal displacement and equipment vibration in air ducts, compensate for multidimensional deformation in axial, transverse, and angular directions, with advantages such as good sealing performance, resistance to medium penetration, and aging resistance. Different from traditional splicing and sewing compensators, the skin has no pinholes or gaps, effectively preventing smoke medium leakage.

Structural Composition
1. Integrated vulcanized skin: Multi layer composite fabric is formed by high-temperature integrated vulcanization without sewing pinholes. It is composed of materials such as silicone rubber, fluororubber, and high silica fiberglass, and serves as the core flexible compensation component.

2. Internal guide tube: With a green anti-corrosion guide structure, it blocks the direct erosion of sulfurized skin by high-temperature flue gas, reduces the impact of medium flow velocity, and extends its service life.

3. Carbon steel flange: Q235B square flange, with bolt holes densely distributed on the flange surface, installed in conjunction with on-site air duct flange bolts.

4. Metal pressure plate and rivet components: press and fix the vulcanized skin and flange tightly, evenly apply force to the pressing surface, and ensure interface sealing.

5. Limit rod component: adjusting bolts and nuts, used to limit the maximum tensile and compressive stroke of the compensator, protect the vulcanized skin from excessive pulling and damage, and not withstand pipeline pressure and thrust.

6. Thermal insulation layer: The skin interlayer is filled with high-temperature resistant insulation filler to reduce heat loss and lower the surface temperature of the outer wall.

The overall hot vulcanization of the skin abandons traditional sewing and punching processes, eliminates pinhole smoke leakage defects, effectively prevents dust, acid and alkali smoke from leaking outward, and has excellent sealing performance.

2. Multidimensional displacement compensation
It can simultaneously absorb axial, lateral, and angular comprehensive displacement, with a large compensation amount, suitable for multi-directional thermal deformation of pipelines, and adaptable to installation deviations.

3. Vibration damping and noise reduction
Flexible vulcanized fabric structure isolates the transmission of vibration from fans and boiler equipment to pipelines, reducing the noise of the air duct system.

4. No blind plate thrust
Non metallic structures will not generate internal pressure blind plate thrust of metal corrugated pipes, simplifying pipeline support design and reducing support engineering costs.

5. Temperature and corrosion resistance
Select different sulfurized materials according to the working conditions, suitable for -40 ℃~850 ℃, can resist acid alkali and sulfide corrosion in flue gas, and is suitable for desulfurization and denitrification waste gas working conditions.

6. Lightweight, easy to install and maintain
The overall weight is much lower than that of metal expansion joints, reducing the load on air ducts; Flange bolt connection, easy to disassemble and assemble, and skin components can be replaced later.

7. Strong ability in non-standard customization
Square and rectangular cross-sections can be customized to fit various non-standard rectangular flue and duct sizes as needed.
