Product Overview
The multi turn valve electric device is suitable for valves with linear movement of valve discs, such as globe valves, gate valves, throttle valves, diaphragm valves, etc. After being combined with a secondary deceleration device, it can also be used for valves that rotate the valve disc, such as ball valves, butterfly valves, etc.
Our company's multi turn valve electric device is divided into two series of products: ZB and ZC. The torque range of ZB series is 50~400N. m (adjustable type is 20~3000N · m); The torque range of ZC series is 450~10000N · m (adjustable type is 450~1600N · m); These two series of products are divided into three types based on the different electrical control methods: ordinary type, integral type, and regulating type.
The ordinary valve electric device is equipped with basic control units such as stroke and torque, and requires a separate control box to achieve on-site and remote control operations of the valve. The performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T24923-2010 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices".
In addition to the basic control units such as stroke and torque, the integral valve electric device is also equipped with control modules and AC contactors and other control components. It can be directly connected to the power supply to achieve on-site operation of the valve, and can directly receive the switch signal output by the DCS control system to achieve remote control operation of the valve. The performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T24923-2010 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices".
The regulating valve electric device is suitable for closed-loop control systems in industrial processes, and can accurately position the valve by receiving a current signal of 4~40mA from the control system. The performance indicators meet the requirements of JB/T8219-2016 "Ordinary and Intelligent Electric actuators for Industrial Process Control Systems".

Integrated type: Remote control DC24V, with a minimum control signal threshold of 20V for "on" and a maximum control signal threshold of 1.5V for "of". The pulling current of the control signal is 15mA (equivalent to 1.6k, 0.36W load).
