Product Overview
This is the ZXC-L series intelligent linear electric actuator, developed and produced by DINKONDA GLOBAL. It has a maximum standard stroke of 100mm and is a dedicated linear drive device for regulating valves; By relying on the motor to drive the screw structure to perform up and down linear reciprocating motion, matched with single seat, sleeve, three-way and other industrial regulating valves, automatic regulation of flow, pressure and temperature is achieved, which is widely applicable to power plants, chemical and heating pipeline control systems.

Hardware Structure
1. Upper intelligent electronic control head
Equipped with LCD display screen, on-site operation knob, and emergency black handwheel; Support on-site manual opening and closing, parameter debugging, and remote central control signal control; Side explosion-proof sealed wiring compartment, used for connecting power supply, control signal lines, and communication cables.

2. Central deceleration - screw drive chamber
High precision ball screw transmission components convert motor rotational motion into vertical linear thrust; Built in travel sensor, thrust overload protection module, precise control of 100mm full range travel.

3. Lower guide bracket and installation flange
Three column stable guide bracket to prevent the push rod from running off course; Bottom standard flange interface, compatible with various types of straight through regulating valve bodies according to national standards; Brass extended connecting shaft sleeve, suitable for high temperature insulation requirements.

The 100mm long travel screw has precise positioning and a travel control error of ≤± 0.5%; Built in chip automatically calibrates zero point and full open limit, automatically calibrates when powered on, and adapts to fine flow control scenarios.

2. Multiple security protection mechanisms
Thrust overload protection: Stop immediately if the valve body is stuck, protect the screw and valve stem structure
Motor overheating power-off protection, power-off manual handwheel control
24VDC backup power supply, can complete valve reset after power failure
Input signal disconnection protection: After a fault, the valve can maintain its original position/fully open/fully closed mode with custom settings

3. Local remote dual control mode
The main body comes with operation buttons, and the travel can be directly debugged on site; After switching to remote gear, receive instructions from PLC and DCS control systems to automatically adjust; The screen displays the current opening, fault codes, and operating status in real-time.

4. Durable and sturdy mechanical structure
Aluminum alloy anti-corrosion host shell, ball screw transmission with low friction resistance and long service life; Split type extended insulation bracket, capable of adapting to high-temperature steam and thermal oil regulating valves, to isolate high-temperature conduction from burning out the electronic control head.
