Product Overview
The Q-type integrated explosion-proof electric actuator series partial rotary valve electric device is a new generation product developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL. Suitable for electric butterfly valves, ball electric valves, electric plug valves, and air doors that can rotate 90 °, used for valve opening, closing, or regulating control. It can be remotely controlled or operated on site. The Q-type integrated explosion-proof electric actuator is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, food, textile, papermaking, water plants, and sewage treatment. The protection level of this product is IP67, and the explosion-proof level of isolated products (with Ex in the model) is dIIBT4 CT4 CT5 CT6.

Mechanical Characteristics

1. Shell: The aluminum alloy shell has undergone oxidation treatment and is coated with polyester powder, which can adapt to various harsh working conditions;

2. Transmission mechanism: equipped with precise double worm gear mechanism, low noise, high output torque;

3. Self locking function: The double worm gear mechanism has a self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation;

4. Motor: Specially designed induction motor with built-in thermal protection switch to prevent motor overheating, with insulation level of F;

5. External mechanical limit: prevents overtravel when the limit switch fails;

6. Torque switch: Provides overload protection when the valve torque is too high, with one opening and one closing torque;

7. Limit switch: can accurately locate the position of the valve, auxiliary switch can provide dry contact signal;

8. Terminal block: Spring pressed terminal block, securely connected and suitable for use in vibration environments;

9. Drying machine: Drying machine can prevent condensation of water vapor;

10. Clutch mechanism: Close the switch handle to operate the handwheel, and it will automatically reset when powered on;

11. Handwheel: Operated with a handwheel, the valve can be opened or closed in the event of a power outage or emergency

1. Automatic identification of phase sequence and power-off protection;

2. Remote control adopts DC24V voltage level;

3. Convenient and flexible user wiring methods;

4. The on-site button light box knob adopts a non penetrating design to improve the sealing characteristics of the whole machine;

5.5 passive electric indicators indicate the working status of the electric device, facilitating DCS system monitoring of the computer;

6. Set up electric device monitoring relays to provide comprehensive fault signals for the DCS system;

7. The conversion knob can be locked with a regular padlock as needed to prevent accidental operation.
