Product Overview
This is a single cylinder spring reset type single acting pneumatic actuator, which belongs to the special drive equipment for power plant air doors and small and medium-sized butterfly valves. Relying on gas supply to complete valve opening, internal spring energy storage realizes automatic reset of gas loss, with fault safety reset function, mostly used for safety interlock conditions that require automatic closing/opening of gas loss, widely matched with thermal power, chemical air duct valves, and emergency shut-off valves.

Structural Composition
1. Single side main drive cylinder
High strength cylinder body, stainless steel rod fastening end cover, overall blue anti-corrosion paint; The cylinder structure is compact and comes with lifting lugs for easy on-site handling and installation.

2. Forklift transmission box
Built in roller fork transmission component, end torque amplification, can overcome the opening and closing resistance caused by valve seat dust accumulation and medium pressure; A prominent valve position indicator button is equipped above the box to visually display the valve switch status.

3. Spring reset energy storage chamber (right cylinder)
The right cylinder is equipped with a high-power reset spring; Ventilation compression spring, valve action; After the gas source is cut off, the spring releases its elasticity and drives the valve to automatically return to the safe position, achieving fault reset.

4. Standard ISO5211 installation flange
The bottom output flange is an industry standard and can be adapted to various angular stroke valves such as butterfly valves, ball valves, flue dampers, ventilation baffles, etc.

1. Single acting spring reset, safety fault position
Ventilation is turned on, and the loss of air is automatically reset to the safe station by the spring. It is suitable for emergency cut-off, flue safety damper and other interlocking conditions to ensure the safety of equipment pipelines.

2. Fork type booster structure
The torque at the end of the journey is doubled, and the output torque is sufficient to cope with valve sticking problems in high-temperature dust environments.

3. Integrated compact structure
The cylinder, spring cylinder, and transmission box are horizontally integrated, occupying a small space and suitable for installing air ducts, pipeline valves with limited space.

4. Corrosion resistant and durable, suitable for harsh working conditions
The whole machine is treated with anti-corrosion paint, and the components are resistant to moisture, high temperature, and dust, suitable for power plant desulfurization and denitrification flue and hot air duct environments.

5. Scalable
Electromagnetic valves, air source triplets, explosion-proof limit switches, manual emergency mechanisms, valve positioners, and valve position feedback transmitters can be installed.

Installation Introduction
Use cylinder body lifting ears to complete lifting, and fix the bottom flange and valve; Connect compressed air and open the valve driven by the built-in spring in the cylinder compression system; Cut off the gas source, and the spring rebounds to drive the valve back to the safe position; A complete set of pneumatic control components can be installed to achieve remote automation control.
