Product Overview
This is a fully stainless steel spring reset single acting fork type pneumatic actuator, specially developed for harsh working conditions such as corrosion, humidity, and high temperature; One side of the cylinder is responsible for driving the gas source, while the other side of the cylinder is equipped with a reset spring, which automatically returns to a safe position in case of gas loss. The external independent manual operation assembly and hydraulic buffer oil storage component are commonly used for thermal power desulfurization and denitrification, chemical corrosive medium pipelines, seawater conditions, flue gas dampers, and emergency shut-off valves.

Structural Composition
1. Stainless steel drive cylinder and spring reset cylinder body
The cylinder body, tie rods, and fasteners of the entire machine are all made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and rust resistant; The right end is the intake driven cylinder, and the left cylinder body is equipped with a high-power reset spring. A lifting lug is installed above the cylinder body for easy equipment handling and installation.

2. Central fork transmission box
The box is made of stainless steel material, with an internal roller fork transmission structure. The torque amplification is achieved at the end of the stroke, which can overcome valve jamming caused by dust and corrosive media; The upper end is a standard output flange, suitable for supporting role travel valve.

3. External manual operating mechanism
Equipped with an extended manual operating handle, the valve can be manually opened and closed in case of gas source failure, power outage, or equipment maintenance, achieving on-site emergency control.

4. Hydraulic buffer component
Equipped with a yellow external hydraulic buffer oil tank, it relies on hydraulic damping to buffer the closing speed of the valve, avoiding high-speed impact of the valve disc on the valve seat, reducing impact, vibration, and noise, and extending the service life of the air door butterfly valve.

5. Standard output installation flange
The output interface follows the ISO5211 industry standard for flanges and is compatible with various angular stroke valve bodies such as butterfly valves, ball valves, baffle dampers, and smoke shut-off valves.
