Product Overview
This is a four in one fork type heavy-duty pneumatic actuator that integrates pneumatic drive, spring reset, hydraulic damping speed regulation, and on-site manual operation. The entire machine is coated with red anti-corrosion paint; The right cylinder serves as the pneumatic drive end, and the left cylinder body is equipped with a reset spring. The lower part is equipped with an independent hydraulic speed control unit, and the top is equipped with a complete set of pneumatic control valves. It is suitable for thermal power boiler flue baffles, emergency isolation dampers, and large-diameter cut-off butterfly valves, and is suitable for harsh working conditions that require pneumatic remote control, manual on-site control, buffering and shock absorption, and automatic safety reset in case of gas loss.

Structural Composition
1. Double section cylinder assembly
The main intake drive cylinder on the right side relies on multiple stainless steel rods to press the flange end cover tightly; The left spring reset cylinder is equipped with a high-power energy storage spring installed inside, and a lifting lug is provided above the cylinder for easy on-site lifting and installation; The overall cast steel material of the cylinder body is resistant to high temperature and smoke corrosion.

2. Fork type transmission box
Central sealed gear fork box, bolted and sealed; The fork transmission structure has the characteristic of amplifying the torque at the end of the stroke, which can overcome the accumulation of ash in the flue and high temperature jamming, and output a large torque to drive the action of the baffle door.

3. External hydraulic manual assembly
Install an independent black hydraulic oil tank and manual operation handle under the box body; It can be adjusted by hydraulic damping to regulate the opening and closing speed of the valve, or manually opened and closed by a hydraulic pump when the air source is missing.

4. Top complete set of pneumatic control valve group
Integrated solenoid valve, limit switch, filter pressure reducing valve, and gas pipeline accessories. After the gas components are pre installed, remote control can be directly achieved by connecting the gas source, without the need for additional scattered assembly accessories.

5. Standard ISO5211 output flange

The solenoid valve, travel switch, and pressure regulating valve are all integrated at the top of the actuator, with a well-organized pipeline layout that reduces on-site component assembly processes and facilitates maintenance.

5. High temperature and dust-proof sealing structure
The compact sealing structure of the box can adapt to harsh environments such as high temperature, high dust, and humidity in the boiler flue.
