Product Overview
This model belongs to the dual cylinder split type spring reset single acting fork pneumatic actuator, adopting a one large and one small dual cylinder layout; The main cylinder is responsible for driving the air source, the auxiliary spring cylinder is equipped with an energy storage reset spring, and the top is integrated with an integrated air path control valve group. The overall structure has strong rigidity and high output torque, specially adapted for large-diameter flue damper doors, isolation dampers, and emergency shut-off butterfly valves in thermal power plants. Structural Composition
1. Dual cylinder main assembly
The left side is the main driving cylinder, and the flange end cover is locked with multiple bolts. A lifting lug is reserved above the cylinder body for easy equipment handling and installation; The independent cylinder on the right is a spring reset chamber with a built-in high-strength compression spring. The dual cylinder split layout can share the load and run more smoothly. The surface of the cylinder body is coated with gray anti-corrosion coating, which is wear-resistant and dust resistant.

2. Fork type transmission box
The intermediate transmission chamber is equipped with a roller fork transmission structure, and the end of the stroke has a torque amplification effect, which can overcome the opening and closing resistance caused by flue ash accumulation, high temperature jamming, and medium pressure difference; The box is equipped with mechanical limit bolts, which can adjust the 90 ° switch stroke.
