Product Overview
The PF strong corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump is a direct coupled horizontal structure, and the pump head body is made of polymer anti-corrosion material integrally formed, matched with a national standard cast iron explosion-proof motor. It is a delivery pump developed by Shanghai Changzheng Pump and Valve Group for strong corrosive chemical media; The whole machine has a compact structure and does not require an extended bracket. It is suitable for various strong acids, strong alkalis, salt solutions, corrosive organic solvents, and is widely used in harsh working conditions such as chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, and environmental wastewater.

Structural Composition
1. Anti corrosion pump body components
The pump casing, impeller, and inlet and outlet flanges are made of polymer non-metallic corrosion-resistant materials, which are injection molded together and resistant to erosion and crystallization; Flange type import and export, compatible with industrial pipeline standard flange installation.

2. Direct transmission structure
Cancel the traditional extended bracket, the motor spindle directly drives the impeller inside the pump body, with a short structure, low vibration, and high coaxiality, reducing equipment operating noise and failure probability.

3. Drive motor components
Cast iron heat dissipation three-phase asynchronous motor, equipped with lifting rings on the top and a nameplate on the body; Ordinary motors and explosion-proof motors can be selected as needed to meet the working conditions of flammable and explosive workshops.
