Product Overview
The PBG shielded pipeline centrifugal pump is a vertical pipeline circulation pump produced by DINKONDA GLOBAL, which belongs to the structure of a shaft seal free shielded pump. The pump and motor are designed with integrated shielding, eliminating traditional mechanical seals and achieving zero leakage of the entire machine. The medium can directly enter the motor shielding chamber to cool and lubricate the motor, and can be directly installed in series in pipelines. Structural Composition
1. Shielding integrated motor assembly
The stator and rotor of the motor are isolated by shielding sleeves, and the exposed pump shaft sealing structure is eliminated; The motor casing is equipped with heat dissipation ribs and a side integrated junction box; Set up lifting rings at the top for easy lifting and maintenance. By relying on the circulating cooling of the conveying medium, the motor does not require an external fan.

3. Circulating pipeline and exhaust valve components
External cooling circulation pipeline, equipped with a manual exhaust valve (red handwheel) at the top, can discharge the gas in the pump chamber when turned on, ensuring normal water supply to the pump, used for medium circulation cooling and shielding the motor.

4. Sliding bearing components
Adopting medium self-lubricating graphite sliding bearings, lubricated by the conveying medium, oil-free lubrication, will not produce oil pollution to the medium.

5. Vertical installation base
The bottom flange base can be installed directly on the pipeline or fixed on the ground.
