Product Overview
The FPZ corrosion-resistant plastic self-priming centrifugal pump is produced by DINKONDA GLOBAL. It is a horizontal split type self-priming pump, and the pump body is made of reinforced polypropylene material, which has good acid and alkali corrosion resistance. The whole machine consists of a plastic pump head, a bearing housing, an elastic coupling, a three-phase motor, and a common base. Having self-priming ability, after the first pump injection, there is no need to add water for subsequent start-up. It is mainly used to transport various corrosive chemical liquids and is widely used in industries such as chemical, electroplating, environmental protection, sewage treatment.

Structural Composition
1. Drive motor
Horizontal three-phase asynchronous motor, with lifting rings installed on the top of the motor and a junction box located on the side of the motor. Explosion proof and variable frequency motors can be selected and fixed to the overall base.

2. Flexible Coupling
Combination elastic coupling, buffering transmission impact, compensating for coaxial deviation during installation, and transmitting torque.

3. Plastic self-priming pump head assembly
The pump casing, impeller, and pump cover are all made of reinforced polypropylene material, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion; The pump body integrates a water storage chamber, a gas water separation chamber, a side inlet flange, and an upper outlet flange, relying on gas water separation to achieve self-priming function.

4. Bearing housing 
The independent blue bearing box structure supports the pump shaft, isolates corrosive media, protects the bearings from media erosion, and ensures stable operation.

5. Shaft seal component
Adopting corrosion-resistant mechanical seals, suitable for various corrosive chemical media, to prevent media leakage.

6. Pump shaft
Externally coated with anti-corrosion layer to prevent medium corrosion and ensure stable and reliable transmission torque.

7. Integrated common base
Cast iron integral base, pump head and motor pre installed and aligned at the factory, reserved anchor bolt holes, and directly installed on site.

1. Strong corrosion resistance performance
The pump head is made of reinforced polypropylene plastic, which is resistant to acid, alkali, and salt solution corrosion, and can transport most corrosive chemical media.

2. Self suction function
The first time the medium is filled, there is no need to inject water during subsequent startup, the self-priming height is stable, and the pipeline can be simplified by eliminating the bottom valve.

3. Independent bearing box structure
The medium will not enter the bearing area, and the bearing is not affected by corrosive media, extending the service life of the whole machine.

4. Lightweight
The plastic pump head has a light weight and is easy to install and transport.

5. Convenient maintenance
Horizontal structure, no need to disassemble inlet and outlet pipelines for repairing seals and impellers, simple maintenance.
