Product Overview
The D343H worm gear drive flange type three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve adopts flange connection and manual drive of worm gear handwheel. It relies on the principle of three eccentric frictionless sealing, and the metal hard seal structure is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and medium erosion. Worm gear reduction mechanism increases force and saves effort, suitable for manual opening and closing of medium and large diameter valves; Flange connections are firmly installed and have good seismic performance. They are widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure industrial pipelines such as power plants, heating, chemical, metallurgical, etc., to cut off or regulate the flow rate of pipeline media.

Structural Composition
1. Valve body: WCB cast steel material, integral flange structure, blue anti-corrosion coating, flange standard GB/T9113, strong overall rigidity and high pressure bearing capacity

2. Butterfly plate: Three eccentric structure, sealing surface welded with hard alloy, resistant to erosion and wear, can withstand media with trace particles

3. Valve seat: replaceable metal hard seal pair, bi-directional pressure bearing seal

4. Valve stem: 2Cr13 stainless steel, high-strength, torsion resistant, and corrosion-resistant

5. Drive device: worm gear reducer+side mounted handwheel, equipped with opening indicator sign, deceleration and torque increase, easy to open and close large-diameter valves

6. Connecting brackets and high-strength fasteners, easy to disassemble and maintain

Product Features
1. Three eccentric frictionless sealing structure
Triple eccentric design ensures that there is no sliding or scratching between the butterfly plate and the valve seat sealing surface during the valve opening and closing process, greatly reducing the wear of the sealing pair, extending the service life of the valve, and effectively avoiding valve jamming and biting faults under high temperature conditions.

2. Metal hard seal with high temperature resistance
All metal sealing pair, with a maximum temperature resistance of 425 ℃, suitable for high-temperature media such as steam, heat transfer oil, and high-temperature flue gas, and can transport fluids containing small amounts of dust and solid particles.

3. Bidirectional high-pressure seal
It can withstand bidirectional pressure difference in pipelines, with stable sealing performance and a leakage level of up to level VI.

4. Worm gear manual transmission
Slow down and increase force, the manual opening and closing of medium and large diameter valves is easy and effortless. It comes with an opening degree indicator, which can visually check the valve opening angle. A locking mechanism can be installed to prevent valve misoperation.

5. Flange connection
The two end flanges are directly bolted to the pipeline flange, with high connection strength and excellent seismic performance, suitable for high pressure, large pipeline vibration, and long-term continuous operation conditions.

6. Strong circulation capability
Low flow resistance, it can be used as a shut-off valve to completely shut off the medium or to achieve rough flow regulation.
