Product Overview
D963H electric butt welded three eccentric metal hard sealed butterfly valve, connected by groove butt welding, driven by an electric actuator. Relying on the principle of three eccentric frictionless metal hard sealing, it has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and resistance to medium erosion. The valve body and pipeline are directly welded as a whole without flange gaskets, avoiding leakage at the flange connection from the source; The electric device can achieve on-site control and remote automation control. It can be used as a shut-off valve, equipped with an adjustable electric head, and can accurately adjust the flow rate and pressure of the medium. Widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure welding pipelines such as thermal power plants, urban heating pipelines, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and environmental dust removal furnaces.

1. Three eccentric frictionless seal
The triple eccentric structure ensures that there is no sliding friction between the butterfly plate and the valve seat sealing surface when the valve is opened and closed, reducing the wear of the sealing pair and effectively improving the problems of valve jamming, biting, and internal leakage under high temperature conditions, greatly extending the service life of the valve.

2. Metal hard seal with high temperature resistance
All metal sealing pair, suitable for temperatures ranging from -29 ℃ to 425 ℃, can transport high-temperature steam, thermal oil, high-temperature flue gas, hot air, and fluids with trace particles.

3. Bidirectional high-pressure seal
It can withstand bidirectional pressure difference in pipelines, with stable sealing performance and a leakage level of up to level VI.

4. Welding type connection
The valve groove is directly welded to the pipeline to eliminate flange gasket leakage points. The structure is compact and convenient for the entire pipeline to be insulated. It is suitable for high pressure, high vibration, and long-term uninterrupted operation conditions.

5. Electric intelligent control
Support on-site manual operation and remote electrical control; The handwheel can be manually turned on and off after power failure; The adjustable type can continuously adjust the opening degree from 0 to 90 degrees, and is connected to the DCS automatic control system to achieve unmanned operation.
