Product Overview
The HC series rotary blower belongs to the low-noise volumetric blower, which relies on eccentric rotating sliding blades to squeeze air for gas transportation. The whole machine is belt driven and compact in structure. It is a mature classic aeration blower equipment of DINKONDA GLOBAL. The equipment comes with an oil and gas separation tank, pressure gauge, intake muffler, belt protective net cover, base and drive motor. The output air pressure is stable and the air volume fluctuation is small. It is widely used in low-pressure gas source transportation conditions.

Structural Composition
1. Host head: Rotary sliding vane pump body, made of gray cast iron material, eccentric rotor sliding vane structure, forced gas transmission

2. Intake muffler: The top yellow cylindrical muffler filter assembly reduces intake noise and filters impurities in the air

3. Buffer gas storage tank: left vertical stabilizing tank, equipped with pressure gauge, brass outlet interface, stable outlet pressure, oil and gas separation

4. Transmission components: V-belt+pulley, external yellow safety net, smooth transmission, convenient speed regulation

5. Drive motor: National standard three-phase asynchronous motor, 380V, installed on an integrated base

6. Common base: integral steel base, pre installed for the whole machine, easy to lift, install and fix on site

7. Oil cup lubrication component: comes with a lubricating oil filling compartment, easy to maintain

1. Stable pressure: Volumetric air supply, pressure not affected by slight changes in pipe network resistance, even aeration and gas supply

2. Low operating noise: Equipped with an intake muffler and a low vibration design with a rotating structure, it has lower noise compared to Roots blowers

3. Easy installation: The whole machine is assembled in a complete set before leaving the factory, with an integrated base. It can be put into use by connecting the inlet and outlet pipes and electricity

4. Convenient maintenance: The belt transmission structure can be adjusted by replacing the pulley to achieve fine adjustment of air volume; Just need to regularly add lubricating oil for daily use

5. Clean conveying medium: The fan itself does not contain oil to lubricate the chamber, the output gas is oil-free, and the gas source is clean

6. Suitable for low-pressure conditions: The optimal working wind pressure range is 0.1-0.5kgf/cm ², suitable for low-pressure and high flow scenarios
