Product Overview
The BKD two-stage series Roots blower is a DINKONDA GLOBAL high-pressure dedicated volumetric blower equipment. Two three blade Roots hosts are connected in series for pressurization. After the gas is pressurized by the first stage host, it enters the second stage host for further pressurization, achieving ultra-high air pressure output from a single fan. The whole machine includes dual hosts, intermediate cooling pipelines, vertical intake muffler, high-pressure bending pipe assembly, drive motor, and integrated steel frame base, suitable for ultra-high pressure gas supply conditions that conventional single-stage Roots blowers cannot meet.

Structural Composition
1. Double stage three blade Roots host: Two HT250 high-strength cast iron three blade rotor fans are arranged in series, with dual oil tank lubrication structure, high rotor profile accuracy, and strong pressure bearing capacity

2. Intermediate cooling pipeline: A heat dissipation bend is installed between the two-stage fans to dissipate and cool the compressed high-temperature gas, reduce the inlet temperature of the second stage, and ensure stable operation under high-pressure conditions

3. Vertical intake muffler: Vertical cylindrical intake muffler filter with PepsiCo original factory logo, reducing intake noise and filtering dust and impurities in the air

4. High pressure pipeline assembly: large curvature thickened high-pressure flange bend, high pressure resistance, good sealing performance, used for medium transportation between two-stage main engines and at gas outlets

5. Transmission protective cover: yellow safety protection plate, protecting transmission components and ensuring safe operation of equipment

6. Drive motor: High power national standard three-phase asynchronous motor 380V/50Hz, explosion-proof and variable frequency motor can be selected as needed

7. Integrated welding base: One piece steel base, pre installed with dual hosts and motors to ensure coaxial accuracy and reduce on-site installation difficulty
