Product Overview
BX stainless steel Roots blower is a corrosion-resistant volumetric blower developed by DINKONDA GLOBAL specifically for corrosive gases and clean media working conditions. The overcurrent components of the fan are made of stainless steel, which has excellent acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance; The whole machine adopts a three blade rotor structure, with stable gas supply pressure, and can transport clean air or process gases with slight corrosiveness. It is widely used in industries with strict anti-corrosion requirements such as chemical, sewage treatment, and seawater treatment. The whole machine is composed of a stainless steel Roots host, explosion-proof/ordinary drive motor, belt protection net, safety valve components, and an integrated base. It is easy to install in the factory as a complete set.

Structural Composition
1. Stainless steel three leaf Roots mainframe
The shell, rotor, impeller and other gas contact parts are made of stainless steel material, with high-precision three blade rotor profile, dual oil tank splash lubrication, strong corrosion resistance, and small airflow pulsation.

2. Drive motor
Standard national standard three-phase asynchronous motor, explosion-proof motor can be selected according to the working conditions of the explosion-proof area, with 380V-50Hz power supply.

3. Transmission protection assembly
Belt pulley+transmission belt, equipped with a metal mesh safety cover on the outside to protect the transmission components and ensure safe operation and maintenance.

4. Security Attachment Component
Integrated safety valves, pressure gauges, and pipeline joints can monitor working pressure in real time, automatically relieve overpressure, and ensure equipment and pipeline safety.

5. Integrated steel base
The overall welding base, pre installed positioning of the host and motor, ensures coaxial accuracy and reduces on-site installation and debugging workload.
