Product Overview
XTB air suspension bearing centrifugal blower is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving aeration blower equipment launched by DINKONDA GLOBAL. It adopts air suspension oil-free bearings and high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor technology, with an integrated cabinet structure for the whole machine. The equipment does not require a lubricating oil system and relies on air suspension to support the high-speed operation of the impeller. Compared with traditional Roots blowers and multi-stage centrifugal blowers, it has significant energy-saving effects. It is mainly used for sewage treatment aeration, aquatic oxygenation, industrial gas supply, powder transportation and other working conditions. The whole machine is packaged in a cabinet, with low noise, small footprint, and simple operation and maintenance.

High strength aluminum alloy ternary flow impeller with high aerodynamic efficiency, fatigue resistance, and stable output wind pressure and air volume.

3. Integrated intelligent control cabinet
Integrated touch screen display, operation buttons, emergency stop switch, with local operation, parameter setting, fault alarm, data recording functions, supporting remote communication docking with DCS system.

4. Whole machine soundproof cabinet
Blue gray combination enclosed cabinet with built-in sound-absorbing materials, significantly reducing equipment operating noise; The cabinet is equipped with maintenance doors, heat dissipation louvers, and lifting rings for easy maintenance and lifting of the entire machine.

5. Air inlet and outlet silencing system
Integrated inlet and outlet mufflers at the top reduce intake and exhaust noise, and minimize the impact on the factory environment noise.

6. Adjustable shock-absorbing support foot
The bottom of the device is equipped with adjustable horizontal support feet, which do not require complex foundations on site and can be installed by leveling.
