Product Overview
The large pull rod transverse corrugated compensator consists of two sets of stainless steel corrugated pipes, a middle connecting pipe, a large pull rod component, and two end connecting flanges. This compensator is mainly used to absorb lateral displacement generated by pipeline systems, while also absorbing a small amount of angular displacement and not axial displacement. Relying on large pull rods to withstand the pressure thrust of pipeline media, without the need for pipeline supports to bear pressure thrust, it is widely used in power plant flues, thermal pipelines, chemical process pipelines, etc., to solve the lateral displacement problem caused by pipeline thermal expansion and ensure the safe operation of pipelines.

Structural Composition
1. Stainless steel corrugated pipe: Two sets of corrugated components on the left and right, mostly made of 304/316L stainless steel. As the main body of elastic deformation, it absorbs lateral and angular displacement, is resistant to fatigue, high temperature and corrosion.

2. Intermediate connecting tube body: The intermediate tube body that connects two sets of corrugated pipes is equipped with a guide tube inside to protect the corrugated pipes from high-speed media and dust erosion. The tube body is marked with arrows indicating the flow direction of the media.

3. End flange: Carbon steel flanges at both ends, with flange bolt holes for docking with pipeline flanges, can be customized according to national standards, American standards, and other standards.

4. Large pull rod assembly: The pull rod, ear seat, adjusting nut, and limit block are the core components. The blind plate force generated by the pressure of the medium borne by the pull rod prevents the axial tension of the compensator under pressure, while limiting the maximum lateral compensation stroke.

5. Inner guide tube: Built in guide tube to prevent direct flushing of the corrugated pipe by the medium. It must be configured for dusty flue gas conditions and installed strictly in accordance with the flow direction markings.

4. Temperature and corrosion resistance: The corrugated pipe can be made of 304 or 316L stainless steel material, and the flange cylinder can be made of Q235B carbon steel. It can also be customized with all stainless steel;

5. Large caliber non-standard customization: supports DN200-DN4000 diameter customization, with horizontal compensation, pressure rating, and flange standards all adjustable according to project conditions;

6. Reduce vibration and noise, weaken the transmission of pipeline vibration, and lower the operating noise of the system.
