Product Overview
The N series multi turn electric actuator is an intelligent multi turn valve drive device independently developed and produced by DINKONDA GLOBAL, which outputs multi turn rotational torque and is mainly matched with multi turn opening and closing valves such as gate valves, globe valves, and plunger valves. This actuator integrates a drive motor, a multi-stage reduction transmission mechanism, an intelligent control unit, a valve position detection module, and a manual operating mechanism. It can receive DC4~20mA analog adjustment signals or switch signals from the DCS control system, enabling two position operation and continuous adjustment control of valves. It is widely used in industrial automation pipeline control systems such as thermal power generation, petrochemicals, metallurgy, urban heating, and water supply and drainage.

Structural Composition
1. Intelligent control and valve position display unit
Front end configuration valve position observation window, built-in position sensing component, visually displays valve opening; Integrated intelligent control circuit board, capable of completing local/remote mode switching, parameter setting, and fault monitoring. The valve position window is equipped with an opening indicator mark, which facilitates on-site personnel to quickly identify the current position of the valve.

2. Drive motor and multi-stage reduction assembly
Specialized industrial drive motor, paired with multi-stage precision gear reduction mechanism, converts high-speed rotation of the motor into low-speed, high torque multi turn output. The transmission structure has strong load-bearing capacity and stable operation, which can meet the opening and closing load requirements of large-diameter and high-pressure valves.

3. Manual emergency operation mechanism
The top of the equipment is equipped with a large diameter handwheel. In case of power failure or control system failure, the valve can be manually opened and closed through the handwheel, which is suitable for equipment maintenance and emergency operation. The handwheel operation is lightweight and labor-saving.

4. Valve position sensing feedback component
High precision position sensors real-time collect the number of valve stem rotations and valve opening, output DC4-20mA standard valve position feedback signals, and transmit them back to the central control system to form a closed-loop adjustment, ensuring accurate valve positioning.

5. Multiple security protection modules
Integrated torque protection, travel limit protection, and motor overheating protection.
